Building on its decade of work in the Boston Public Schools, the Foundation continues to play an active role at Dorchester High School, now the Dorchester Education Complex, as an active member of the Dorchester/UMass Boston Partnership. The Partnership has embraced the entire University community and the Codman Square community as well, and has mobilized an extraordinary set of resources to benefit the school. One example is the annual Dorchester High School Health Fair. It has connected wellness providers and the UMass School of Nursing to support healthy lifestyles for Dorchester students.

In addition the Foundation is exploring several new directions that draw upon its historic work in public education and youth development.
